Price moves with three things: the number of colours, the level of detail, and the size of the piece. We quote each design once, so reorders never surprise you — and there is no setup fee, no plate fee and no design fee at any quantity.

A plain two-colour disc starts at $1 a piece, with a minimum of 100 per design. Three or more colours, finer detail, larger pieces, sculpted shapes and special materials are quoted on the design — the $1 figure is where give-away discs start, not a flat rate for every piece we make.
Included at no extra cost
The proof, the split rings fitted, and the whole run bagged and counted. Faulty pieces are replaced free with no return needed, and reorders run from the same file with no repeat artwork work.

Buying for a team, club, class or business rather than to resell? You pay the retail price with the discount above applied automatically — different names and numbers on every piece still count toward the same total. * Small pieces qualify from 25. Larger ones start at 50. Custom logo plates start at 100, because each one goes through a design phase first.
A worked example
$288 instead of $360 A coach ordering 60 jersey keychains — one for every player and sibling — at the $6 band. Past 50 pieces the 20% tier applies, so they’re $4.80 each, and every keychain still carries its own name and number. A smaller order works too: a dance studio taking 30 ballerina charms at $5 hits the 25-piece tier at $4.50 each.

A piece is one keychain, or one pair of earrings. Mixed designs, colours and fonts all count toward the same tier — you don’t have to order the same one twice. Custom wording tags are quoted rather than listed, because every tag is made to order. Special materials — TPU or PLA Tough+ — are available on bulk orders.

The order station
No stock to buy, no names to guess
Keep our designer page open on a tablet at your counter. Customers type their own wording, pick colours and lettering, and see the finished keychain before they commit. We print the batch and get it back on a fixed day every week.
Collect in store
Orders arrive back at your counter on your delivery day, bagged and labelled by customer name. Your customer comes back in to collect — a second visit you didn’t pay for.
You handle: taking the order and the payment. We handle: printing, bagging, labelling.
Ship direct to the customer
We ship to the customer’s own address for a shipping fee. You hold nothing and pack nothing — you take the order and your cut, and it’s complete.

What you need at the counter
Any screen with a browser — tablet, laptop or phone, nothing to install. A foot of counter space for the screen and a small sign. Nothing else — no stock, no upfront fees, stop at any time. Stores running the service receive their own link and QR code, and every order through it is tagged to you.
